The house featured in the Wes Craven 1984 film, A Nightmare on Elm Street, is for sale for the sum of $2.1 million dollars.
The home was purchased by Angie Hill for a little over 1 million in 2006 ($1,150,000) according to Zillow. Zillow lists the house having a Zesitmate (Zillows verbiage for estimate), of $1,687,152.
According to quotes made by Miss Hill published by Aol Real Estate, she “took apart 90 percent of the entire home — walls, ceilings, the roof — and replaced them“, Miss Hill also said “I replaced every piece of wood and reconfigured the floor plan. I ripped off half the house.”
