Marvel will be making a few special appearances at the Walt Disney D23 Expo in Anaheim Ca this weekend, August 19th~the 21st.

Marvel’s President of production, Kevin Feige, will join some of the top names in film on Saturday, August 20 at 10:30 a.m. at the Walt Disney Studios panel. Mr. Feige will discuss Marvel Studios‘ plans for 2012, including information about  Marvel’s, The Avengers.

On Sunday, August 21, at 10:15 a.m. in the Arena, creators from Marvel discuss the first comic book in 1939, to Marvel’s position today as one of the most important creative forces in the world. The presentation will include Q&A segments, as well as an an inside glimpse of the history of Marvel and its super heroes. The panel will be hosted by Joe Quesada, a well known writer and artist in the entertainment field as well as chief creative officer at Marvel.
